St. Clare School for the Deaf a residential institution for the hearing impaired was established in 1993 by the Franscian Clarist Congregation Ernakulam Province under the auspecious guidance of influence of our manager Rev.Sr.Annice Vallipalam not only utilize professional means to tutor children but also the neighborhood to recognize these children as part and parcel of the society .
